Wow, I haven't written in a while and sometime during the interval that I did not write, I lost my Xanga Premium priveledges, so no more fun colors to blind David when he reads my entries:(
The week was hectic...but the weekend was fun for the most part. Friday night I had to make up a first-aid course that I missed for lifeguarding. So, Jeff and I went on a little roadtrip to the Hackensack Red Cross. It took three hours of my friday night to teach us First-Aid, that took only 45 minutes at the JCC..anyway- after that, since I missed Hannah's birthday dinner, I met up with them at Matt Miller's party. I was there for ten minutes and then the cops came. I then went to Glauberg's house.
Highlight of the night: Joanna had a problem. She got hurt twice. She cut her wrist on something and then scraped her arm on this metal thing in Andrew's basement. Even though I didn't administer any first-aid I got to take some of my tools out and pretend I knew what I was doing.
Saturday: After waking up at 7:30 to finish SAT II writing homework, before going to volunteer at 8:30 at the Little League Field for opening day, for my tutor at 9:30...I lost a softball county game. We only lost 1-0 and they only scored in the sixth inning, giving us only three outs to score a run. Well that night I went to Christina Licata's, left two minutes before the cops came, went to Wendy's, drove around with way too many people in the car, went to Yoav's house, and came home and fell asleep.
Highlight: Katie was driving. She decides to cut off a car when turning onto Tenafly Road....The car happens to be a cop.
"Katie, that was a cop"
So what does she do? on the phone..."I have to hang up, I'm getting pulled over" ~She says nonchalantly..Katie pulls over.
The thing is...
"Katie, he isn't pulling you over"
She speeds off and luckily the cop does not follow us.
So the highlight was Katie pulling herself over.
This morning Alana and I woke up extra early (which is 9:45 for us) and got our mothers coffee from Starbucks and roses from the T-fly gourmet. I got pretty orangy-yellow roses and alana got pretty yellowy-pink roses. We are great daughters:)
So now I'm here, having just written the most boring Xanga entry ever..Hope you enjoyed:)
Going along with the police theme:
